Vendors

Vendors are welcome to sell and advertise products and services during this popular event.   It's the perfect time for dog lovers to shop for Christmas presents for our 2-legged and 4-legged friends.

10 ft X10 ft 10 ft X 20 ft  10 ft X 30 ft 10 ft X 40 ft

 

 Pricing

Booth space is $75.00 per day for every 10 feet of space with a 4 day minimum.

Early Bird Special:  Contracts received by September 2 will receive a $50 / 10 feet discount.

A 10 x 10 ft booth will be $250    =  1 x $75 x 4 days less $50 early registration discount

                                    or $300   =  1 x $75 x 4 days if received after Sept. 2

A 10 x 20 ft booth will be $500     =  2 x $75 x 4 days less $100 early registration discount

                                    or $600      =  2 x $75 x 4 days if received after Sept. 2

Unloading / Loading

Move In: Wednesday 7:00 am            Move Out: by 9 pm Sunday

Refunds / Cancellation Fees

Registration fees will be refunded for canceled reservations based on the table below.

 

Cancellation Date Refund
Prior to October 15 Registration Fee - $50.00 cancellation fee
October 16 - October 30 50% of Registration Fee
After November 1 No refund

Please complete, print, and sign the the Vendor Contract below.  Cashier’s check or money order must accompany this contract.  Please make payment to the order of: Great Smoky Mountain Cluster.
